SPLCI proudly celebrated MAPEH/HELE/TLE and Computer Day on March 8, 2025, with the inspiring theme, “Innovative Minds, Creative Hearts, Healthy Bodies: The Essence of Holistic Learning.” The day was a vibrant showcase of talent, creativity, and teamwork, filled with meaningful activities and unforgettable moments.
The event kicked off with remarkable performances that highlighted the exceptional talents and confidence of the Paulinians. Adding to the excitement were the engaging games that brought students, parents, and classmates together. Grade schoolers enthusiastically participated in “Balancing the Ball,” a challenging activity requiring pairs to work together, balancing a ball using sticks while navigating their way to their assigned chairs. Another thrilling highlight was the “Robot Race,” where parents and classmates teamed up, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork as they guided their robots to the finish line.
For Grades 4 to 6 students and high schoolers, games like “Message Relay with a Twist,” “Pop the Balloons,” and “Catch the Ball” sparked a healthy sense of competition and promoted collaboration and camaraderie. The energy and enthusiasm of the participants were truly infectious, creating an exciting and entertaining atmosphere that everyone enjoyed.
The celebration concluded on a high note with a lively Zumba session led by the Grade 12 students. Their dynamic and energetic dance moves encouraged everyone to exercise their joints, stay active, and embrace a healthy lifestyle. This was followed by the much-anticipated awarding of winners, where Sir Jay Mathias Arellano, the new principal, gracefully presented the awards. The ceremony recognized the outstanding efforts and achievements of the participants, marking the perfect end to an extraordinary event.
The smiles, laughter, and joyful giggles of the students reflected their pride and happiness in being part of SPLCI. This celebration was a true testament to how lessons learned inside the classroom are applied in real-life experiences, promoting not just academic excellence but also personal growth and holistic learning.
Congratulations, Paulinians! May you continue to shine, excel, and achieve more milestones in the future. Here’s to a bright and thriving journey ahead!
